2. Method of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected through automated or non-automated means via channels such as reservation forms, contact forms, newsletter subscriptions on our website, as well as cookies, email, and telephone.

Your personal data may be shared with the following parties as required by legal obligations and for the provision of our services:

• Service Providers: Payment gateway providers, IT service companies, accounting software firms.

• Business Partners: Agencies from which tour or activity services are procured (if necessary).

Your data may be transferred domestically and/or abroad in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose for which it was processed and for the retention periods stipulated in the relevant legal legislation (e.g., the Turkish Commercial Code). At the end of the period, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject (Article 11 of the KVKK)

As a data owner, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,

• To request information if your personal data has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad,

• To request the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,

• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,

• To request that the correction or deletion of your data be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,

• To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• To claim compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of your data.
